The Flood Warning continues for
the Saint Marys River at Muldoon bridge
* from this afternoon to Friday afternoon.
* At 5 PM Tuesday the stage was 11.9 feet and rising.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will rise above flood stage Wednesday
afternoon and crest near 14.5 feet around 1 am Thursday February
22 and fall below flood stage around 1 PM Thursday February 22.
* At 15.0 feet... flooding occurs on the lowest unprotected city
streets, park drives and County roads.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.2 feet which occurred
on Dec 29 2015.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Saint Marys River near Decatur
* until Saturday evening.
* At 4 am Wednesday the stage was 16.8 feet and rising.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will rise above flood stage early Wednesday
morning and crest near 18.9 feet around 1 am Thursday February 22
and fall below flood stage around 9 PM Friday February 23.
* At 18.5 feet... County Road 225 north... just north of Pleasant Mills
Indiana is closed by flood water. Low land areas of kekionga park
on the southeast side of Decatur begin flooding. Flooding is
limited to farm land in Pleasant Mills Indiana and Wilshire Ohio.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.8 feet which occurred
on Apr 6 2009.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Little River above Huntington
* until Thursday evening.
* At 4 am Wednesday the stage was 14.1 feet and steady.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will rise above flood stage early Wednesday
morning and crest near 15.6 feet around 7 am Wednesday February 21
and fall below flood stage around 10 PM Wednesday February 21.
* At 16.0 feet... moderate flooding is in progress. Secondary roads
are blocked by flood waters. People in these areas should move
property to higher ground and those nearest the river may have to
evacuate their homes.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.2 feet which occurred
on Apr 6 2009.

the Saint Joseph River Ohio near St. Joe river ft. Wayne
* until further notice.
* At 3 am Wednesday the stage was 12.4 feet and rising.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will rise to a crest near 16.0 feet around 7
PM Thursday February 22 and begin falling.
* At 17.0 feet... flooding occurs in Parks and low farmland throughout
northeast Allen County. Flooding occurs on the lowest unprotected
city streets... park drives and County roads.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 16.0 feet which occurred
on Apr 20 2013.

* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will rise to a crest near 16.9 feet around 1
am Saturday February 24 and begin falling.
* At 17.0 feet... residential flooding occurs in Leo, Indiana.

the Maumee River at Fort Wayne
* until further notice.
* At 4 am Wednesday the stage was 18.6 feet and rising.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will rise to a crest near 21.6 feet around 1
am Friday February 23 and begin falling.
* At 22.0 feet... flooding becomes serious. Twenty-four hour flood
fighting commences if river continues to rise.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 21.5 feet which occurred
on Jun 28 2015.

Indiana, Adams, Allen in, Blackford, De Kalb, Grant,
Huntington, Jay, Miami, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and
Whitley. In southwest Michigan, branch and Hillsdale. In
Northwest Ohio, Allen OH, Defiance, Fulton OH, Henry,
Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert, and Williams.

* Until 4 PM EST this afternoon

* an additional one half to one inch of rainfall is expected
across the watch area, with heaviest amounts expected along and
west of Interstate 69. Flooding of streams, creeks and rivers
may develop.
